Thank you A big thanks to the members of the Pipe Band who played at Kyleakin Primary School's recent visit by Charles Kennedy. Have just discovered this website, and it's really good to see how strong the piping still is in Lochalsh. I learnt at Lochalsh and later Auchtertyre Primary with Iain MacFadyen from 1988-1992. Now I live in Orkney and play with the Kirkwall City Pipe Band. Best wishes for the future, and who knows, I'll maybe get a chance to hear you before too long.
